- Fluids, chemicals, or sealed items once opened.
- Special-order / custom items (ordered specifically for you).
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or included accessories.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time depends on payment method and your bank.
